A free app for learning to solve the 3×3 cube, and then solving it faster. No account, no adverts, nothing to buy.
Everything the app can do is reachable from its five tabs, and all of it works offline. If something is broken, confusing, or an algorithm is written in a way you would not use, say so: open Settings → Send feedback in the app and write it there. It reaches the person who makes EasyCube.
There is no reply channel, by design: sending feedback asks nothing of you, not a name and not an address, so there is nowhere to write back to. Everything that arrives is read.
Do I need an account? No. There is none to make.
Does it work without a connection? Yes, all of it. The only thing that needs the network is sending feedback.
My progress is missing on my other device. Progress travels through your own iCloud account. Both devices need to be signed in to the same one, with iCloud Drive on.
Will it stay free? Yes.
EasyCube has no account, no analytics and no advertising. Nobody is counting how often you open it or what you look at, and nothing is sold, shared or handed to anyone.
The cases you have learned, your times and your settings are stored on your device. If iCloud is switched on, they also travel through your own iCloud account so your other devices see them. That is Apple's storage, under your control, and it is not readable by the app's developer.
The app has a feedback screen. It sends exactly what you typed, plus the app's version and the name and version of the system you run it on, so that a bug report can be acted on. No name, no email address and no device identifier is attached. Sending is entirely optional; the app works the same if you never do.
